Without a doubt, these are the nicest set of ARE 398 in the world. 1987 manufacture date and we just opened the boxes for pictures, for the very first time ever. Mint condition and complete with the original caps, valve stems, etc... There's some super minor scuffing from storage on a couple hex caps, but it could be easily buffed out.
